Disciplinary Process - Investigatory Interview

Investigatory interviews are vitally important when dealing with claims for unfair dismissal and misconduct.  While the interviewer may feel some discomfort with the confrontational nature of the process, the exercise is invaluable.  Possession of the facts results in better decisions and better results.  Investigatory interviews are useful to absolve an employee of any wrongdoings, as well as proving any misconduct.
